Honest Monument Company (HMC) of Memphis, Tennessee was founded in January 1989 by Earnest and Margaret S. Hillman. HMC has proudly served memorial customers for two generations with a primary focus on creating a “monument to life”, offering premium quality service for less. Our trained staff can help you with planning, designing and memorializing the life of your loved one. We are sensitive to the needs and feelings of the families we serve, which is very important in the selection process. While cemetery memorials are still our primary focus, our product offerings have grown to include commemorative plaques, brick fundraisers, commercial signage, civic monuments, cremation urns, cemetery inscriptions, and monument cleaning.
